Nature-led

For this trip, you should be in good physical condition and have sure footing. The hikes last approximately 2.5 to 6 hours. On the Amalfi Coast, you'll often descend countless steps: descents of up to 900 meters in a single day are possible and will be strenuous. The paths are sometimes rocky and narrow.

You're staying in a mid-range hotel in Agerola, high above the coast, and hiking with a daypack. Well-broken-in hiking boots, trekking poles for the descents, and sunscreen should be in your pack.
