You look after your class, we take care of everything else. There are no extra costs for the school, and all trips are protected by the statutory package travel insolvency protection.

Advice & choosing a destination – suited to age, subject and budget
Together we find the destination that suits your class: sporty and active, cultural, language-focused or cross-curricular. We suggest alternatives if the dream destination and the budget don't match – and tell you honestly what is realistic.
Accommodation – vetted, group-friendly, fairly priced
Youth hostels, group houses or hotels with multi-bed rooms: we book accommodation that we know or that has been recommended to us – including single rooms for accompanying teachers, meals as required and consideration of allergies or special dietary needs.
Getting there & transport – coach, train or plane
From a coach with an experienced driver to group rail tickets and flights at group rates – we organise the journey and all local transfers.
Programme & excursions – prepared and booked
Climbing park, glacier hike, museum tour, city rally or workshop: we put together a programme, reserve guides and admission tickets and make sure the schedule works even in bad weather.
Budget & costing – transparent from the start
You receive a clear price per pupil, including all services and with no hidden costs.
Safety & insurance
We advise you on travel, cancellation and health insurance for groups.
24/7 emergency service
If something doesn't go to plan on the trip, we can be reached around the clock. We handle short-notice rebookings, illness or sudden changes in the weather for you instead of leaving you to deal with them alone.
