Yes, absolutely. Many of our trips can be tailored to your wishes: different dates, extra nights, a beach extension or a different level of comfort in the accommodation. Already have your own idea? Then we will put together a completely individual travel proposal for you.

For an individually tailored travel proposal we charge a consultation fee of €50 per offer. It often involves many hours of research, coordination with our partners on site and our experience. If you decide to book, we credit the €50 back to you. There is no fee for our scheduled group and package tours, unless you would like additional work, such as several flight offers.

On a group tour you travel with other travellers and a tour leader on fixed dates. You do not have to worry about anything and meet like-minded people along the way. On an individual trip you travel alone, as a couple or with family and friends, on your preferred dates and at your own pace. Depending on the trip, you travel by rental car or are accompanied by private guides.

Yes, of course. Many of our guests travel alone and especially appreciate the company of the group. If you would like a room of your own, a single room supplement usually applies. You will find the amount on the respective trip page.

We use three ratings to show you what to expect on a trip:

• Fitness: how physically demanding the trip is – from "Easy" to "Very demanding".
• Altitude: the altitude you will be travelling at – from "Low" to "Very high". For trips at high altitude we also state the maximum altitude.
• Culture / nature: whether the focus is more on nature or on culture – from "Pure nature" through "Balanced" to "Pure culture".

Each trip has a requirements profile under "Character". It tells you how long the stages are, how much ascent to expect and what experience you should bring. Not sure? Call us or write to us – we will tell you honestly whether the trip suits you and, if not, suggest an alternative.

Send us your enquiry via the form on the trip page, by email or by phone. We check availability and get back to you personally. If everything fits, you receive our booking confirmation with all the details by email – and your trip is booked. You will find all payment information in your booking confirmation.

Yes. Your payments for package tours are protected against insolvency with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. This covers amounts already paid and, if necessary, your return journey.

Travel insurance is not compulsory, but we strongly recommend it. Above all, cancellation insurance and travel health insurance including repatriation protect you from high costs if something unexpected happens.

Yes, gladly – worldwide. Just tell us in your enquiry where you would like to fly from, and we will find suitable connections for you. If you would like several flight offers to compare, a consultation fee may apply. We will always tell you in advance.

Before you book, we inform you about the general passport and visa requirements of your destination. Austrian citizens can also find up-to-date information from the Austrian Foreign Ministry at bmeia.gv.at; citizens of other countries should check with their own authorities. Please make sure your passport is valid for long enough on entry.

Yes. Whether you would like to spend a few more days in the city before the trip or relax on the beach afterwards: we will gladly book extra nights and the matching transfers for you. Just let us know.
