Overview

Over four hiking days you follow the famous W Trek: up to the Torres, along Lake Nordenskjöld, into the French Valley and to the Grey Glacier viewpoint. Stages of 12 to 21 km, plus a catamaran crossing of Lake Pehoé and strong Patagonian winds.

Hike the famous W Trek in Chile's most impressive national park – Torres del Paine – and experience a landscape of unparalleled contrasts: towering granite peaks, endless glacier fields, turquoise lakes, and the vast, windswept pampas. Spectacular views await you on your journey through this fascinating wilderness – for example, into the imposing French Valley or of the mighty Grey Glacier. A particular highlight is the catamaran trip across the deep blue Lake Pehoé – a moment to pause and marvel. With a bit of luck, you might spot condors, guanacos, or one of the rare Magellanic woodpeckers that inhabit this region. After eventful days of hiking, you can relax and end the evening – perhaps with a glass of Patagonian wine or a refreshing Pisco Sour, while the wind sweeps across the wide plains. A hidden gem for nature lovers: The Patagonian "Indian Summer" in April and May bathes the landscape in warm colors and creates unique lighting conditions. And even in winter – between June and September – Torres del Paine reveals its quietest and often most impressive side.
