Overview

In a traditional mokoro you glide through the waterways of the Okavango Delta, then go on game drives in Moremi Game Reserve and Savuti, staying in exclusive bush tented camps. Via Chobe National Park the journey ends at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe.

Experience Botswana on an 11-day safari tour that combines some of the country's most renowned natural and wildlife areas. This small group tour with no more than eight participants takes you through the Okavango Delta, the Moremi Game Reserve, the Savuti region, and Chobe National Park, before concluding your journey at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Your journey begins in the Okavango Delta. A trip in a traditional mokoro (dugout canoe) will take you through narrow waterways, offering a unique perspective on the delta's landscape. In the Moremi Game Reserve, you'll enjoy extensive game drives. With a bit of luck, you might spot elephants, lions, leopards, and numerous bird species. The journey then continues to the Savuti region, whose landscape is characterized by open plains, savannas, and waterholes. This area offers excellent opportunities for observing various wild animals and predators. In Chobe National Park, you can experience the wildlife both on game drives and from the water. A boat trip on the Chobe River often provides sightings of elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and numerous water birds. Finally, you'll cross the border into Zimbabwe and visit Victoria Falls. Depending on the season, the waterfalls present varying volumes of water and offer correspondingly different impressions. During the trip, you will stay in lodges and mobile camps and be accompanied by experienced, local guides. The combination of game drives, boat trips, and mokoro excursions offers diverse perspectives on the landscapes and wildlife of Botswana. This trip is suitable for anyone who wants to explore different safari regions of Botswana on a guided small group tour and spend plenty of time in nature.
